I Am Certified to Do…Whatever I Decide To Do
I've proven that I'm really good at learning, testing and passing. I can add some legitimate acronyms after my name, Trace Flores, blah blah blah. Big deal. The real test comes with doing what are truly capable of.
I found that I loved the chase and then checking the goal off as complete. Done...Next... However it was only feeding my ego, not helping anyone and certainly not fully utilizing my potential.
So with all my testing and certifications, the only one even remotely relevant today is that I am a certified Project Manager Professional through the Project Management Institute. Yes, Trace Flores, PMP oooohhh aaaahhhh, sounds smart doesn't it?
Everything we do as human beings is done with some level of project management. Work at home ideas and opportunities require analysis, risk management, timelines and schedules to get tasks done.

What Made Me Who I Am Today
If you see me in person, I wear a very sly smile when asked that question.
Events and people in my life have created who I am today. It is the same with all of us, although some aren't sure how to incorporate both the positive and negative to move you past reflection and towards action. My parents and brother will tell you I was a bit challenging while growing up.
Today I can boast that I am well-respected, able to give back in support and service to others and am fully present in family activities. Life is nothing but a never-ending learning changing environment and lucky for us we have the freedom of choice. If you aren't sure about your choices, stick with me, you'll find the best help.
